Two-channel NIR fluorescent detection enables multiplex Western blotting for more efficient experiments. Image and quantify two different proteins without needing to strip and re-probe your blot. Highly sensitive chemiluminescent detection delivers film-levels of performance without the time-consuming hassles and inconveniences of the darkroom.
And, as with all cSeries systems, the Azure 500 is intuitive and easy to use. Simply place your sample in the system and capture an image once with the click of a button—no need to expose your blot to film multiple times to get the best image. Want to detect three proteins at once? The Azure 500 can be upgraded in the field by adding 3-channel visible fluorescence for Cy2/Cy3/Cy5 multi-protein detection capability.

Visible Fluorescent Western Blot Imaging System
The Azure 400 is a visible fluorescent imaging system that can also perform chemiluminescent detection at the same sensitivity as film. With three-channel RGB excitation for Cy5/Cy3/Cy2 fluorescent Western blot applications, you can quantify three proteins on a single blot (or two proteins and a loading control) without stripping and re-probing.
The Azure 400 also enables highly sensitive chemiluminescent detection so you can say goodbye to the hassles of film and darkroom chemicals—just place your sample in the system and capture an image with the click of a button.

AzureSpot helps you interpret your data easily and accurately. Analyze your gels and blots in either manual or automatic modes. AzureSpot can automatically detect lanes and bands, even on distorted gels, and apply your selected method of background correction. Visualize intensity plots by lane (sample) and channel (probe) to get detailed information about your proteins of interest.
The integrated tutorial helps you get the most information out of your analyses. Generate a PDF report of your experiment when you are done. You can also export your data in many formats to other applications (e.g. Excel) for further analysis.
